Is Same-Day Service Available?
For most common makes and models — Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Ford, Holden, Nissan and similar — we can usually source and fit your windscreen the same day you call. This is especially true for front windscreens, which are the most commonly replaced piece of glass.
Same-day service depends on two things: glass availability and schedule availability. If we have your glass in stock or can get it from our local supplier by midday, we can often fit it that afternoon.
Tip: The earlier you call, the better your chances of same-day service. Calling before 10am gives us the best shot at sourcing glass and fitting it the same day.
What Affects Same-Day Availability?
- Vehicle rarity — Common vehicles have glass in local stock. Rare, luxury or older vehicles may need overnight sourcing.
- Glass type — Standard front windscreens are easiest. Heated rear screens, panoramic roofs and specialised side glass may take longer.
- ADAS recalibration — If your vehicle needs camera recalibration, this may need to be booked separately after the glass is fitted, though the replacement itself can still be same-day.
- Your location — We cover all West Auckland suburbs. Being in Henderson, New Lynn or Massey doesn't delay us — we're mobile across the entire region.
How to Book Same-Day Service
- Call early — 09 827-2827. The earlier, the better.
- Have your details ready — make, model, year, registration and a description of the damage.
- Tell us if it's urgent — if your vehicle is unsafe to drive, we'll prioritise it.
- Be flexible on location — we come to you, but having a covered or shaded area helps in wet weather.

Insurance Claims and Same-Day
